Appointments may be scheduled through our website or approved third-party booking platforms such as Square Appointments. Appointment availability is subject to change.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to be available at the scheduled time.

Deposits & Payments

Certain services may require a deposit or prepayment to secure an appointment. Deposits:

    •    Are applied toward the scheduled service or consultation

    •    May be refundable if cancellation occurs within the stated cancellation window

    •    May be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows

Final payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Monarch Motor Group reserves the right to modify pricing, deposits, and payment requirements at any time.

Clients are responsible for canceling or rescheduling appointments within the cancellation window specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations made outside the allowed window or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in:

    •    Forfeiture of the deposit

Auto detailing services are performed with professional care; however:

    •    Results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, materials, and prior treatments

    •    Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects may not be fully correctable

    •    Monarch Motor Group is not responsible for underlying issues revealed during service
